Raphael Gang

Raphael Gang is the Chief External Relations Officer for 4.0, a nonprofit national incubator for early-stage education nonprofits, social impact ventures, and schools. In his role, Raphael leads 4.0's work around partnerships, communications, and research. A former educator, he has worked in foundations, education research, and policy. He led the approval and oversight of over 100 new schools at the Louisiana Department of Education and led school expansion at a charter management organization. As a new father, Raphael believes strongly that if we want the future of school for our children, we need to build it.
