Yamil Baez

Ms. Yamil Báez is a World Language educator in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Yamil is of Dominican descent and has lived in both the Dominican Republic and the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Bachelor and Master of Arts in Spanish from the University of Rhode Island as well as a Teaching Certificate from Providence College. Yamil has worked in community, independent and public schools at all levels. She has also served on the Providence School Board. A member of EduColor since 2015, Yamil is currently on its Steering Committee and is chat coordinator.
