Bill Miller

Bill Miller began his career in political campaigns. He is the first political consultant in Texas to work successfully with both Republican and Democratic candidates. His victories include victories at every political level, including two successful Prime Minister campaigns in Canada.

Miller’s segue to lobbying and communication projects occurred as large corporations and prominent individuals began calling on him during times of crisis.

The Houston Press has voted Bill Miller “Best Lobbyist” twice. Texas Monthly magazine has twice named him one of the “25 Most Powerful People in Texas.” Capitol Inside has named him as one of three persons who are “Lobby Legends – in a League of their Own.”

He is quoted extensively on politics in national publications along with Texas newspapers across the state.

He is a founding partner of HillCo Partners, an Austin-based public affairs company.
