Jaden Deal

Bright-eyed and caffeinated, Jaden Deal is a Des Moines, Iowa native. Jaden is curious, always trying to dig deeper into issues about inequality. He’s a first generation college student in the Harvard class of 2023 and advocates extensively for student voice and the LGBTQ community. On Harvard’s campus, you’ll find Jaden writing for the Harvard Political Review and working with the Institute of Politics to help expand civic engagement across the country. When he isn’t working with peers, Jaden enjoys playing the trumpet, traveling the country, and listening to podcasts.
