Lashaneika Ephraim

LaShaneika Ephraim is a Claims Supervisor at Amica Mutual Insurance Company, the oldest mutual insurer of automobiles in the country.

She resides in Orlando, Fl where she serves the community through her leadership position on the board of Central Florida Urban League of Young Professionals.

Prior to beginning her career at Amica in 2015, LaShaneika earned her B.B.A and B.A from UT-Austin. During her college career she held several leadership positions within organizations on campus and discovered her love for travel through study abroad programs offered at the school. Her new found love for travel inspired her to mentor other students of color to encourage them to obtain a degree and travel abroad prior to doing so. After graduating she continued her mentorship and created LaShaneika's Global Scholarship, a scholarship given to students of color studying abroad through UT-Austin. She continues to fulfill her passion by servicing and supporting others in any way possible.
