William Illingworth
William Illingworth is an educator at heart and by practice. Having worked in higher education for five years as an Instructional Technologist and Instructional Designer, he explores the impact of our words and ideas on teaching and learning in the face-to-face and digital learning environments. William's experiences in a variety of learning environments as both a student and a teacher have uniquely prepared him to share his passion for pedagogy. He attended cyber-charter school for elementary education, a community college in high school, a private institution for undergraduate studies in TESOL, and completed his ME.d. in Learning, Design, and Technology entirely online. He started teaching formally in 2016, but has been teaching in informal learning environments since he was sixteen. His mission is to improve the ways that we interact with teaching and learning from the faculty's and the students' perspectives.
