Joy Woods Bennett

Joy Woods Bennett just completed her M.A. at the University of Iowa studying the sociology of education and health communication. She is a multi-hyphenate creative as a blogger and podcaster. She maintains a blog called Without a Space, where she shares resources for grad students of color who are struggling with depression, anxiety, etc. and advice for other students of color with learning disabilities to navigate grad school. Her podcast, Morning Joy where she brings on guests to discuss education, mental health, and music.
