Lahari Goud

Lahari Goud is the Chief Strategy Officer for Civitas Education Partners (CEP). Over the past year she Co-Founded a new program that reimagines the high school experience: Civitas Community Impact Experience (CCIE). CCIE provides an opportunity for students to earn credits, while discovering their passion. Her role is critical in ensuring that CEP schools are designed for ALL students to learn. Lahari’s academic and professional pursuits reflect her passion for creating more high quality educational opportunities for students regardless of where they were born. She is a strategic thinker, accomplished project manager and problem solver whose teaching and administrative background is rooted in themes of fairness, equity, and access in educational settings. Prior to joining CEP she has worked in various roles with in CPS, including one of the pioneering researchers who first tracked the impact of the Freshman On-track metric.
