Dr. Vicki Phillips is Executive Vice President and Chief Education Officer at the National Geographic Society. Phillips oversees the Society’s evolving education strategy and programs focused on transforming the classroom experience for millions of students and educators — inspiring generations of planetary stewards — to help advance one of the Society’s most important goals: a planet in balance.
Phillips and her team are dedicated to improving scientific and geographic knowledge in students and ensuring educators are provided with the instructional resources and learning opportunities to help ignite students’ curiosity and wonder.
