Sanjita Pradhan

Sanjita Pradhan is the Director of Talent Development at the Greater Des Moines Partnership in Iowa. Pradhan’s key focus is leading initiatives to carry out The Partnership’s Global DSM: International Talent Strategy in addition to other talent attraction and development programming. Locally and nationally, Pradhan has been an active volunteer and advocate for foreign-born talent. She has served as an Advisory Board Member for the English as a Second Language Programs and has dedicated herself to improving the lives of underrepresented refugees and immigrants and has served in numerous leadership roles in organizations and agencies advocating on their behalf for greater access to public services and governance. Sanjita was appointed to the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders by President Obama in May 2015.  She previously served as the Executive Officer of the Office of Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs at the Iowa Department of Human Rights.
