Aasha Joshi

Aasha’s work is guided by three questions: What's being done? Is it working? And how can we make it work better? For nearly 15 years, she has conducted research within and for organizations that focus on teaching and learning in and out of schools. She is currently the Director of Research, Analytics, and Insights at the YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office). Aasha earned her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge in England, studying the social nature of people’s attitudes toward data.
