Jonathan Hoekstra

As Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer for Texas State Technical College, Jonathan Hoekstra is responsible for the College’s finance functions including accounting and reporting, financial analysis and budget, procurement services, institutional accreditation, strategic planning and accountability, and human resources. Jonathan’s career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, strategy, audit/assurance services, business leadership, and human and organization development. During his 17 years at TSTC, Jonathan has served as Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff, Vice Chancellor for Human and Organization Development, Vice Chancellor for Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Internal Audit. Before joining TSTC, Jonathan served in senior accounting positions at La Quinta Corporation and Arthur Andersen.
