Brian Milburn

Brian A. Milburn, a Deaf person, hails from Chicagoland. He is a proud graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and currently calls Rochester, NY, home. He is currently the program manager for CSD Learns, which specializes in online education for deaf/hard-of-hearing people. He has a particular concern for how the healthy growth of complex, intersectional communities are best supported through provided educational resources and academic safe space. With CSD Learns, this translates into a strong focus on developing effective pedagogical approaches with the topmost goal of expanding the number of deaf/hard-of-hearing educators who share life experiences with the students they serve.
