Sarah Silverman

Sarah Silverman is an Editorial Advisory Board member & author for the Frontline Research & Learning Institute, founded in 2016 to provide data-driven research, resources & observations to support & advance the educational community. She authors quality reports based on analysis of data from over 7,500 K-12 organizations--sharing insights on district hiring practices, professional evaluation, and more.
She previously managed the Pre-K-12 education portfolio at National Governors Association Education and consulted with states and districts on performance management and teacher evaluation policy reform at TNTP.
Sarah currently serves as Chief Talent Officer for Whiteboard Advisors, where she advises a range of organizations on education and workforce policy. She has assisted with the development of state policies that transform teacher and leader preparation, evaluation and training; and facilitated coalitions to advance bipartisan policy solutions.
