Kim Ducharme heads up design strategy and educational user experience at CAST, and works with learning scientists to develop interactive learning environments, tools, and experiences that combat one-size-fits-all curriculum and instructional design and expand learning opportunities for all individuals through Universal Design for Learning (UDL). She leads design thinking workshops and EdTech design challenges for educators, designers, developers, and underrepresented youth. She leverages design thinking to catalyze innovation at CAST, and leads the creative process from brainstorming through prototyping to project launch. A lifelong learner, educator, and creative problem solver, Kim is committed to harnessing the power of design to tackle the educational challenges of our time.
