Tim is co-founder and managing director of Sandy Hook Promise (SHP).
Prior to the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy, Tim was a senior executive at Proctor & Gamble, where he held multiple roles leading general management, marketing, and product development efforts for household brands including Gillette, Oral-B, and Duracell. As an avid outdoorsman, when Tim left P&G, he joined Thule, Inc., a premier outdoor sports equipment manufacturer, as VP of Product Development.
Tim is best known for his strategic thinking, innovating and his approach to problem-solving. It is this thinking that has helped position and accelerate SHP’s national impact in such a short period of time.
