Caroline is COO of Getting Smart, a learning design firm. Getting Smart designs, implements and amplifies thought leadership campaigns, education initiatives, powerful learning experiences, and forward-leaning strategies with schools, districts and impact-oriented partners. Caroline oversees client engagements, the day-to-day operations of the company, business development, and contributes regularly to GettingSmart.com.

Caroline has extensive domestic and international travel experience spanning the globe from Japan, India, Africa and Brazil. She holds a degree in Communications from Washington State University with an emphasis in Public Relations, serves on the Board of Directors for Advancing Leadership, The Foundation for Online and Blended Learning and the SXSWedu Advisory Board.
