Faculty are experts in their fields but not always experts at teaching. We will discuss an innovative program that pays faculty who complete a hybrid course on the fundamentals of teaching and learning. We'll quickly outline how we built the curriculum and gained buy-in at all levels of our university. Then we’ll guide participants through a design-thinking activity for how they might begin—or revisit—a program at their own institution.
