The garden and kitchen are how we pass on culture, come together and at MUSE, one of the ways we teach academics. In this workshop, participants will learn how to weave academics into a simple gardening and cooking lesson. Participants will have the opportunity to grind garden corn, make tortillas and a nopal salad. We will also discuss how and why we eat a plant-based diet at MUSE School.
