The Rather Prize awards $10,000 to a Texas student, teacher, or administrator who presents the best idea to improve education in the state of Texas. The prize money goes to the winner to implement the idea at their school. The winner will be announced at this SXSW EDU session and a discussion on the winning idea and the state of education in Texas will follow.
