Learning to Lead on Racial Equity

At this point, most leaders in K-12 and postsecondary educational contexts know how to articulate the value of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Yet, few know how to solve complex racial problems, how to talk comfortably about race and racism, or how to actually achieve equity in outcomes and experiences for students and employees across racial/ethnic groups. This session will focus on helping leaders in K-12 schools and districts, community colleges, and four-year postsecondary institutions understand what is required for leadership on racial equity.
