School Safety: A Preventative Approach
This session will be a panel discussion about best practices regarding school safety through a preventative lens. Attendees will learn how a relationship-based approach with a focus on universal prevention and early intervention services are key to a safe and supportive school environment. Practical policy proposals that can be implemented immediately and evidence-based practices that address students' mental health and well-being will be discussed.
