Faculty Pathways for Professional Practice
The student experience is guided by faculty. Once admitted and duly advised, students will spend more than 90% of their college career engaged with faculty. Our work in redesigning the faculty experience focuses on creating opportunities to grow in a discipline, teaching practice and service. We introduce a conceptual model of faculty development for a 30+ year faculty career track, and framework for ongoing discussion and analysis as we envision Pathways for Professional Practice.
