Students are the users; teachers are gatekeepers; admins (and sometimes parents) are the buyers. Who exactly are we designing for? Achieving product nirvana among all these users is a unique challenge of edtech product development. Our provocative campfire discussion will use well-loved case studies from our work to illustrate how to leverage early UX research and design from the first spark through to marketing, sales, and ultimately classroom use.
