An unintended consequence of the prevalence of the social media culture is the opportunity to teach soft skills and conflict management through trending topics. Attendees will develop an awareness of how to use social media platforms to transform learning through experiential opportunities and thought provoking deliberate dialogue. The overarching goal of the workshop is for attendees to utilize social media sites as a tool to build character and identify actual versus perceived conflict.
