Unbarring Access to Higher Education in Prison

Access to higher education in prison has remained flat while the U.S. prison population soars. With 65% percent of all jobs in the economy requiring postsecondary education, how will incarcerated adults gain the skills and tools they need for life outside? This panel will explore the bi-partisan policy, programmatic, and information technology shifts necessary for unbarring access to higher education in prison.
