Nontraditional Student Success Meet Up

Nearly 75 percent of all undergraduates today are “nontraditional”— they have a gap between high school and college, work full-time, or are single moms—who face challenges to degree completion. While logistical fixes are important, colleges also need to create environments that value students’ lived experiences. We invite educators and nonprofits leaders to join this new community of practice to design and discuss best practices for fostering nontraditional students’ sense of belonging.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
