Be the first to experience a most controversial and exhilarating idea—that social emotional learning lends itself to team-based challenges similar to debate leagues! First, participants will engage in a live model of an SEL competition judged by volunteers, using rubrics aligned to CASEL competencies. Then, participants will reflect on their experiences, review related research, and leave knowing how to build SEL skills in our communities and nation through healthy competition.
