This is a meet up designed to get SXSW EDU participants out and about on a 1.5 mile hike around Austin's Greenbelt. While on the hike, participants can network and discuss the benefits of nature in education. Topics may include but are not limited to: Benefits of outdoor education, How you can include the outdoors into your curriculum, Using nature to aid in trauma therapy, How outdoor adventure activities enhance group dynamics, etc. Space is limited to the first 30 attendees.
