The Amazon Alexa EdTech Skills Challenge is a new event at SXSW EDU 2020.

Open to all U.S. based Education Technology companies, this exciting competition is designed to find the best application of voice technology in education. Last summer, the competition opened with a challenge to EdTechs: submit your best ideas for an Alexa skill that address education challenges and positively impacts students, faculty, administrators or other education stakeholders.

Here are the six finalists who will showcase their new Amazon Alexa Skill before a panel of judges and a live audience for a chance to win $50,000 in AWS Promotional Credits.
