Kim Eerkes

Kimberly Eerkes, LCSW, is a social worker with over 25 years’ experience partnering with youth, adults, families, and systems in support of mental health and wellness. Eerkes holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She incorporates a mind, body and spirit approach to her work and the challenges of life. She has worked in the public and private sector in the areas of child welfare, counseling, victim services, leadership development, employee relations, training, and education. Currently, as the School Mental Health Coordinator with Austin ISD, Eerkes coordinates the provision of accessible and affordable mental health services for students in order to support their social, emotional and academic development and to promote a safe school culture.
