Kirsten Terry
My name is Kirsten Terry. I am 20 years old. Born and raised in Houston, TX. I am a 3rd year senior at The University of Texas at Austin, studying in the Moody College of Communication. Pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film (RTF) with a focus in 3D Animation. Minoring in Business Foundations. Graduating a year early, this coming May.
When I am not in class, I am serving as the Co-Founder and President of Black Film Student Association. In addition, I am the Co-Creator and Producer of our show, “A BFSA Joint.” A narrative turned web series that allows our members to create their own content, while also gaining production experience.
Furthermore, I was a First-Year Interest Group (FIG) Mentor for 2 years. Where I facilitated approximately 20 first semester RTF students, helping them make a smooth transition into college life at UT. I am also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta | Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.
