Shintaro Maeda

Shintaro Maeda is one of the early members of and in charge of finance at GROOVE X, a Tokyo-based startup which recently unveiled LOVOT -- a social robot born for just one reason -- to be loved by you. LOVOT made the Engagdet's Best of CES 2019 Robot Finalists and earned the Best Robot of CES 2019 Award from the Verge. Prior to joining GROOVE X, Shintaro worked nearly 14 years in total at Morgan Stanley, most of the career in product structuring involving various risks for institutional clients.
