Alfreda Norman
ALFREDA NORMAN is the Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Since joining the Bank in 2004, she also served as an officer and vice president of the Community Development Department, promoting financial stability for low- and moderate-income communities and individuals. Before joining the Bank, Norman was one of the first neighborhood development officers hired by Bank of America in Texas. Norman earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Retail Banking.
