Dr. St. Roseman, originally from the island of St. Lucia in the West Indies, immigrated to New York City as a child. She has spent the last thirty years in K-12 education. As an executive level leader with extensive experience developing innovative, engaging and rigorous academic environments for students and families from diverse communities, Dr. St. Roseman is a systemic thinker with a keen ability to emerge service models, identify promising practice, and build sustainable service delivery and assessment systems. She is a transformational leader who has a success record implementing the skills, aptitudes, beliefs and values needed to build collective leadership capacities within educational environments.
Dr. St. Roseman is now the co-founder and Head of School of Oxford Day Academy, a public charter high school in East Palo Alto.
