I'm a Brazilian Education PhD researcher, Teacher, Entrepreneur and Consultant. I've designed and implemented successfully an innovative Teacher Development Program in Differentiated Instruction based on teacher’s personalities in six public and one private school. I am a Production Engineering with MsC in Education and I'm currently implementing Leadership and Teachers Development, Organization Development and Change Management Programs in Brazilian schools, besides teaching MBA programs in business schools.
