With over 30 years of experience in public education, Dina has a long history of engaging state and school leaders in high-level conversations regarding school management, instructional leadership, and overall school improvement, and has been instrumental in designing strategies that have transformed learning environments and education systems. Dina’s leadership style is characterized by her emphasis on innovation, integrity, and the rigorous pursuit of high intellectual expectation from both students and teachers.
