Cecilia Barham

Cecilia Barham is President-Elect of the Texas Library Association and Director of Library Services at the North Richland Hills Library. Cecilia holds Masters degrees in English and Information Science and has over 25 year of experience working in libraries. Prior to working at North Richland Hills, she worked at the University of North Texas, Flower Mound Public Library, and Decatur Public Library.

Cecilia is active in many civic and professional organizations including the Texas Library Association, the American Library Association, and the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association, and has held multiple offices within these organizations.
