Erica is the VP of Community at Salesforce responsible for a 3 million member online community and programs. Erica started the Trailblazer Community from scratch 10+ years ago and today it's a thriving strategic differentiator for the company and a world-class industry community standard. The Trailblazer Community is the de-facto place where customers get their questions answers, network, share ideas and gain greater success using Salesforce. Erica also created thriving Community programs including - the Salesforce MVP program which rewards and recognizes community members for their ongoing contributions and expertise. The Community Group Program where customers and students volunteer to run groups all across the globe. And the Student Group Program bringing content to classrooms and teaching students the Salesforce skills needed to land their dream jobs.
