Natalie Sessoms

Natalie is a Kindergarten Teacher at Norman Binkley Elementary School in Nashville, Tennessee, and in 2017, she was selected as a Fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Teachers for Equity Fellowship. Over the past two years, she has led a community of practice with her peer teachers to have courageous conversations on racial equity and use the tools of human-centered design to explore ways of better serving the needs and strengths of students of color.
