Stacy Maurer

Stacy Maurer brings a unique perspective to the field of Trauma informed Education. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Holy Family University and taught middle school for 9 years. During that time, she obtained a Master’s Degree at Temple University in Counseling Psychology and went on to acquire a LPC licensure. After working with individuals and families through BHRS services, she knew that trauma informed counseling was where she could do her best work. Ms. Maurer is currently working at Valley Day School, in Trauma Informed Education, which is a perfect meld of her education, experience, and passion.
