Jeffrey DiScala

Dr. Jeffrey DiScala is co-principal investigator on the Lilead Project. He is an Assistant Professor in the Darden College of Education at Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA). He received his PhD and MLS in school librarianship from the University of Maryland. Prior to obtaining his doctorate, he was a middle school librarian in Prince George’s County, Maryland. His research interests include school librarianship; professional teacher development; and the intersection of information, technology, and education policies.
