Aly Bailey

Aly helps teams develop tools to gain strong empathy, insights, and opportunities to address user needs. She currently leads the UX Research team at AltSchool where she has helped define the user research role and trained non-researchers to gather insights from users. Prior to joining AltSchool, Aly was a UX Researcher and Designer at BloomBoard, an educator professional development platform. She also taught high school geometry and algebra for three years.
