Kelsey Gray
Kelsey Gray brings expertise in developing and delivering innovative solutions to social entrepreneurs through data visualizations and analytics. At Insight, Kelsey works across practice areas, providing expertise in data management, data analytics, and data visualization for federal agencies, state and local governments, and foundations and nonprofits.
As a Learning Engineer at Project Evident, Kelsey identified and built technical solutions for organizations to learn about their programs and participants and leverage insights for continuous program improvement. She worked closely with nonprofits across the country to develop and design strategic evidence plans that provided organizations with a roadmap for collecting, using, and engaging with data to enhance program outcomes. Kelsey also specialized in conducting analyses and simulations of public programs at Mathematica Policy Research. She has authored and co-authored multiple reports and issue briefs as well as congressional testimony on her research. She earned her MS in Business Analytics from New York University and her BA in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
