Tamara Kaldor

Associate Director
TEC Center at Erikson Institute

I bridge the latest research, policies and practices in early childhood development to technology to empower and solve problems for educators, children and their families. I’m that lucky one who gets to say, “I play all day and every day for a living.” I am genuinely passionate about empowering children and the adults in their lives to meaningfully and appropriately communicate, relate, learn, create and play with technology tools.

A core strength lies in my ability to architect, integrate and implement groundbreaking programs, curriculum and products within the technology / STEM sectors – programs and products that help educators and parents leverage technology tools to advance children’s learning and social-emotional development.

I’m an internationally-recognized speaker and author. I excel in leading and forging mutually beneficial partnerships with local, national and international organizations and stakeholders, including UNICEF, UNESCO, LEGO Education, Common Sense Media, Association for Children's Museums (ACM) and the Association for Library Services to Children (ALSC).
