Kevin Haynes

Kevin works with TNTP’s Community Engagement team, using data science concepts to help communities and school districts leverage local assets to improve outcomes for students and families. Prior to joining this team, Kevin served with TNTP’s Research & Evaluation group, deepening the organization’s understanding of school-level and school leader analysis, supporting TNTP’s PLUS Leader evaluation system, co-leading the organization’s Data Team, and conducting program evaluations for both internal and external clients. He has a Masters in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in English from Clemson University.
