Rebecca Marshall

Rebecca is the Education Programs Manager at the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR) at Harvard. She manages the Strategic Data Project Fellowship, which works with education agencies to find and train data leaders to uncover trends, measure solutions, and effectively communicate evidence to stakeholders. Prior to CEPR, Rebecca worked as a data strategist in the Delaware Department of Education's Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Unit responding to pressing policy questions and managing the development of the state's first educator preparation program reports. She received a BA from the University of Delaware in women and gender studies, political science, and Spanish, and is working towards a Ed.M in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
