Oliver Ho
Oliver is a Strategic Data Project Fellow in the Office of Data Analysis and Research at the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE). His work focuses on transitioning the state’s educator effectiveness work from a compliance-driven evaluation system to a model emphasizing continuous professional growth. He previously worked at the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), Gardens for Health International in Rwanda, and the Health Care Policy Department at Harvard Medical School. He has also worked on short-term projects in South Africa, Thailand, and Senegal. Oliver earned an MPA/ID (International Development) from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University.
