Greg Kibler

Greg Kibler, M.Ed./M.S., is the Deputy Chief of Data for Youngstown City Schools. Greg has overseen the Attendance Department, Resident Educator program and several data related processes and protocols for the district. Part of his duties include monitoring building data through a regular review process with principals in connection to the district's strategic plan. Data within this review include student, adult and building level data. Greg is a Data Fellow with Strategic Data Project at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and plans to complete work for the district around a building quality index and a teacher quality index.
