John Castellaw

John Castellaw is a grad student through the University of Arizona, living in Massachusetts. John received his B.A in Public Administration at the University of Kansas. Growing up, John became homeless multiple times, and eventually put into a children’s home with his two younger siblings. John's family struggled financially all throughout high school and some of college, paying for food with food stamps and receiving Christmas gifts through programs. While in college, John founded Project Dorm Reform, which helps purchase all dorm items for a first-generation student each year. This project has helped fund 3 students in the past 4 years.
